Our 9 months program exposes you to a huge Culinary dimension that drives deep down into food, food business and entrepreneurship.

A flagship program that will put you at the top of decision making in the food industry when you graduate. You will learn from basics to top-level culinary art. You will be involved in learning high-level cooking techniques and dishes, pastries, food costing, management and more. You will find balance in recipes development and flavour profiling through our compulsory Culinary internship, where you will gain the relevant knowledge and confidence to run and manage a food service centre.
