HOD Patisserie

I am Amarachi Anselyn was born in the Republic of Benin, my students call me chef Diya, crafted out of the kind of job I do. I am a passionate self-trained Pastry chef with high intuition for desserts. Living in French-speaking country, bread was fascinating to me, the lineage of my love for pastry. I was a member of the faculty of humanities and social science, discipline – mass communication. A B.A(Bachelor of Arts)degree holder, Second Class Hons, Abia State University, Nigeria


I am also a Diploma Holder of Culinary Arts Professional from Nigeria Leading Culinary school, Cmk Culinary. Once a student but now head of Patisserie Department at Cmk Culinary. I am super excited being here, sharing my knowledge with students and helping them succeed.
