Do you know that a whole lots of opportunities lies underneath the culinary industry i.e chef de cuisine, Mobile Van chef, Food Catering Service, Pastry Chef, food photography, recipe developer, food painter, food writer, culinary instructor etc.

How do you merge your personal professional skills with food? Learning Culinary Art is the answer!!

CMK culinary art school is currently offering admission for 2017 sessions, to offer a professional training on culinary art (entrepreneurship).

INSIGHT ON WHAT LEARN.

Understanding the methods of cooking, food presentation, waste management, control and portioning, purchasing and costing, kitchen settings and management, recipe development and menu planning, hygiene and food safety, food business study

Inclusive is with over 60 kinds of dishes, from Knife skill to Breakfast dishes, Soups, Salads, Appetizers, Chinese, Italian, European, Nigerian, Pastries, Desserts, Cocktails, Cakes and with additional one month advance cookery class (very intensive)

DURATION 
The Culinary Art Program will run for 5 Months.
Training runs 2 or 3 times a week which days of training will be made known to students at the Centre study , from 10am to 2pm

NOTE : Weekend classes is also available with the same portfolio

ADMISSION and RESUMPTION DATES
MAY 22nd is resumption (admission is on)

FEES AND INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN.
Admission fee is #10,000.

Tuition
Culinary Art program :#300,00 ( LAGOS )

PAYMENT PLAN 
#150,000 before resumption
#100,000 after a month of resumption
#50,000 on the 3rd month.

NOTE that this program is a professional chef training consisting of both basic and advance cookery class

INTERNSHIP 
A minimum of a 3 months internship with a Reputable 5 Star Hotel is provided to students who successfully completes training and Test.
